We keep your pool clean, balanced, and ready — so you can actually enjoy it. No hassle, no surprises, just honest work from neighbors who care.
Whether it's your first season or your twentieth, we handle the details so you don't have to think about chemistry, equipment, or winterizing.
We pull the cover, drain the plugs, start the pump, and balance the water in spring — then reverse it all when the weather turns. One call handles both.
Skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical testing — on a schedule that fits your life. We show up, do it right, and text you the results.
Pump failures, filter issues, leak detection, heater repairs — we diagnose fast and fix it right the first time. No part markups, no guesswork.
pH, alkalinity, sanitizer levels — we test, adjust, and explain what everything means so you're never guessing with your water.
Resurfacing, tile work, coping, decking — if it's attached to your pool and needs attention, we can handle it or connect you with trusted pros.
Green water overnight? Pump died on a Saturday? Call us — we prioritize emergencies and get back to you the same day, no matter what.
Family Pools isn't a franchise with a 1-800 number. We're based right here in Barrackville, and the pools we service are the same ones our neighbors swim in — our friends', our relatives', the ones at the community center.
That means we show up the way we'd want someone to show up for us: on time, honest about what needs doing, and fair about what it costs. No upselling, no panic about green water, no treating you like a ticket number.
From above-ground setups to in-ground installations, from a quick chemical check to a full equipment rebuild — we've seen it all in this part of West Virginia, and we fix it properly.

"We've had Family Pools maintaining our pool for three summers now. They're always on time, they actually answer the phone, and our water has never looked better. It's nice to find a local business that treats your home like their own."
